Susan Marie de La Fontaine

Yes that's me and my oldest brother Doug. A lot has happened since those care free days, after 25+ moves I was destined to become a real estate broker.  Many people have told me throughout my corporate career that I should be a real estate agent, I'm personable, positive, intelligent, honest, patient, creative and truly like helping people. Did I mention modest?

My business background was perfect for real estate. I "retired" from American Honda Motor Company.  In my last position I worked for the automotive service division.  I was one of the last stops to  resolve consumers vehicle repair concerns. It was a delicate balance, working with service managers, engineers, attorneys and others. Making sure Honda would retain the consumer's loyalty. If I couldn't resolve the consumer's concerns I would represent American Honda at arbitrations where I continually had a win rate of 86%.

 It is important to me to give back to my new community. I volunteer as a mediator for the courts in Bend and Redmond. I volunteer for the Central Oregon Community Mediation and also serve on their board.
